Lab Members

Anita Christie, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Physiology, and is the director of the Neurophysiology Lab. Anita received a BSc (in Neuroscience) and an MSc (in Applied Health Sciences) from Brock University in Ontario, Canada. She then completed her PhD in the Exercise Neuroscience Lab and a postdoctoral fellowship in the Muscle Physiology Lab at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Alia Yasen, M.S. is a PhD student in the Department of Human Physiology and a Graduate Teaching Fellow for Anatomy. She received her BA in Neuroscience from Willamette University and her MS in Human Physiology from University of Oregon.

 

 

bleh Amanda Morris, M.S. is a PhD student in the Department of Human Physiology and a Graduate Teaching Fellow for Motor Control, and Biostatistics. She received her BS and MS in Kinesiology  from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

 

 

An (Andy) Nguyen, B.S. is an alumni of the University of Oregon’s Human Physiology Department. He is currently pursuing further studies in the medical field.

Amanda Comer, B.S. graduated from University of Oregon with a BS in Human Physiology. She was an Anatomy TA and won Lab Assistant of the year. She hopes to later on pursue grad school with a focus in neurology and cancer.

 

 

 

 

 

Marc Marino is a Senior majoring in Human Physiology with a minor in Chemistry, and plans to apply for medical school after graduation. He is an LA for Human Physiology.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meghan Loftus is a senior Human Physiology major with a minor in Music studies.  She would like to go to graduate school and eventually become a university educator/professor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rachel Eshtiaghpour is a junior that majors in Human Physiology and minors in English and Chemistry. She is also a tutor for Chenistry.
